The joy of having a book club is that you can meet people and talk about the most exciting book you have read, ask suggestion of good books to read though all books are good and share inspiring verses you get from reading.
To all book lovers in the area of Cebu City, seek ye not for here comes the very first book party we all have been waiting for ages.
Cebu Book Club would like to invite you bookworms to Books, Biscuits and Coffee Party on August 30, 2013 – Friday – 1:30pm to 5:00pm at Cebu City Public Library.
What will happen in the party?
1. book show-off (show and tell your favorite book)
2. book swap (let’s exchange books!)
3. book donation (bring books to donate for the Cebu City Public Library)
4. book trivia (learn facts about book characters)
5. book talk (let’s talk about books)
6. bookish swags (bring home some bookish swags)
7. book/poetry reading (read your favorite book/poetry line to everyone)
