I joined Cebu Bloggers Society Inc. just last year January 2011 and yes it is my 2nd year to celebrate CBSi anniversary. Being with a group of people whom you shared the same passion is one of the best things that ever happened to me.
I love writing and I like to share things to people that is why I have been blogging for 4 years already. One of the best turning points of my blogging career is when I joined CBSi. Aside from interacting with remarkable people I get a chance to join more blogging events like the Visayas Blogging Summit which I am proud to say that it is one of the most successful blogging events in the country.

“I am sorry if I appeared that way [condescending]. I would not have done so if they (prosecutors) did not act like law students.”
“Ito ba criminal case ito? Sui generis (one of a kind) eh. Lalong hindi civil case,” he told radio DZMM.
“Even if that is correct, all I have to do is refuse receiving my pension,” Cuevas added. “You disqualify from receiving. Kung hindi ko tanggapin, hindi rin mag-aapply ang prohibition.”
During Chief Justice Renato Corona’s Impeachment Trial
“a lawyer who does his homework would be confident “because my trial brief would just be in front of me. Any argument that my opponent would present, all the answers are there in my trial brief. Note that when I asked Justice Cuevas about the rules, he would answer immediately. That is the result of constant study.”
“What way do you want me and the court to be more flexible? Are you suggesting that we should allow misleading questions? Are you suggesting that we should allow hearsay evidence? Are you suggesting that we should allow argumentative questions?”
Let me start this article by stating “I AM A ROMAN CATHOLIC”. Yes I am a catholic, both my parents where and in fact I came from a pious family where in we follow the norms of the church. I grow up attending mass on Sundays and during special days like Birthdays, Christmas, New Year and even Death Anniversaries of love ones. I also go to church during other occasions like mama Mary’s Fiestas and other saint’s fiestas. I say graces before and after meal. I make the sign of the cross before I do something. I may not pray the holy rosary often but I know how to pray it and even all the prayers included in it I know.
Sinulog is an annual celebration everybody not just in the City of Cebu but all over the Philippines if not all over the world is looking forward to every 3rd Sunday of January for many foreign people are going to Cebu just to celebrate Sinulog. The word Sinulog is a Cebuano word which means sulog in english “like water current movement”. Sulog is the forward-backward movement of the sinulog dance.
Sinulog is a festivity of Cebu’s patron Sr. Santo Niño and if you say festivity there are lots of foods and dances. The very delicious lechon which is also a Cebu delicacy would of course be always there.
