All Bloggers from the Visayas are invited to join the 2nd Visayas Blogging Summit on November 26, 2011 and a Cebu Heritage Tour for interested participants on November 27, 2011. Also bloggers from Luzon and Mindanao are free to join.
The Visayas Blogging Summit was first organized by the Iloilo bloggers in Iloilo City held last November 27, 2010. This is a gathering of bloggers in the Visayas that would tackle blogging issues and concerns. Moreover the summit would discuss on how to make blogging an effective tool for the development of the society.
Last year there was about 150 and more delegates of the Visayas Blogging Summit coming from Cebu, Negros, Panay Island and Mindanao. Today because of the success of last year’s Visayas Blogging Summit it is expected to have 250 and more participants.
The theme of the activity “Blogging and Beyond” gives emphasis on the value of blogging as a powerful tool for the development of the community encouraging everyone to participate. The event is hosted and organized by Cebu Bloggers.
