The beauty when you travel in Northern Luzon is that you can just ride a bus anywhere you wanted to go. People who visit Ilocos always end up visiting the Mountain Province, Ifugao Province, and of course Benguet.

Vigan to Sagada via Tagudin - Cervantes Road

So what are in these provinces?

Mountain Province: Bontoc and Sagada.

Ifugao Province: Banaue

Benguet: Baguio

The Regular Route: Vigan to Sagada via Baguio

  1. From hotel go to Partas Bus Terminal
  2. Vigan City to Baguio bus fare is 334 pesos.
  3. Vigan City to Baguio travel time is 5 to 6 hours.

I never thought that this year would be a year of travel for me. This is the 3rd long journey I had and the second land trip here in my country, first was the Manila to Cebu Land Trip. Our route for this trip was Ilocos Norte – Ilocos Sur – Mt. Province (via Tagudin – Cervantes Road) – Ifugao Province to Benguet Province. Let me share to you how babe and I did it. A little note: While traveling babe and I is also working so we have time allotted for work and all expenses are good for 2 persons. Expenses are excluding of airfare but include souvenirs.
