I have been blogging for 3 years already. I have started blogging September 2008 with my blogger account. The first month’s posts are all poems and then the second months posts are my English literature project thinking that it will help English literature students soon and I was not mistaken, I have received a lot of thank you for all those literature articles from then on I have been continuously writing ranging from literature, experiences, academic thoughts, Cebu and a lot more hoping that in my own little way will help my reader.

I got my very own domain in February of 2010, it was a gift from hubby and this is the most precious material gift I ever had. Because of this the categories of my articles widened ranging from academic stuff, personal concerns up to promoting the beauty of the Queen City of the South Cebu City.

Being a finalist for Best Cebu Blogs Awards is an honor. I am proud that my write ups and my blog is recognized in the blogosphere. Like the other 40 nominees I am thrilled to know the result of the Top 10 Famous Blogs Facebook Contest, Best Cebu Food Blog, Best Cebu Personal Blog, Best Cebu Photo Blog, Best Cebu Travel Blog, Best Cebu Technology Blog, and Best Cebu Fashion Blog. The awards night will be on December 9, 2011 – Friday at SM City Cebu Trade Hall A. Registration starts at 5:00 pm and the awarding ceremony proper will start at 5:30 in the afternoon. All nominees are requested to attend the event and win lots of prizes aside from the major awards.

Geezelle Maningo - A Cebu based travel blogger and the other half of GeeMiz Travel blog. She has been traveling around the Philippines and Asia since 2010 with her husband. A casual trekker/hiker since 2017 and has been blogging since 2008. A digital marketer during workdays and a bookworm on lazy days - she co-founded Cebu Book Club.
